The hotel stay was great. However, if you want a refrigerator in your room, they tack on $10 per night and to park it is $10 a day per car. So, expect the extra charges when you go.

With a special deal, this hotel is head and shoulders over other Chattanooga hotels . We were able to avoid parking fees by using street parking which was free after 6 and before 8:30 AM. It was really a pleasant stay and we would stay again.

Room was clean, restaurant had good food, bar had live jazz music, nice pool/spa/workout area. Overall experience top notch. Only minor criticism, free electric trolley stopped 1.5 blocks away and not in front of the hotel.

Front desk help attentive. But housekeeping did not visit room at all. Located too far from anything interesting and good restaurants. Parking is too far from hotel. Will not use again.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Chattanoogan, I as the first time I was very impressed. The rooms are clean and decorated very nicely. The staff was great as well. We dined at a nearby restaurant that we walked to, and when we were done it was raining so they picked us up! I will definately visit again-I also love The Foundry for after dinner drinks.

The Chattanoogan is a great hotel. The lobby is lovely, rooms are nice and the hotel lounge (with live music on the weekends) is a popular spot with hotel guests and locals alike. The hotel also has a great gym and pool area. The only downside is that it is not within walking distance to the acquarium and other riverside attractions.
