| The price was amazing for such a perfect location in the city. The staff members were by far the most polite people in Philadelphia. My only complaint is that the workout facilities in poor condition, rather dirty and in a shady place. Other than that, the hotel was great.

| A change of events necessitated "on-the-fly" reservations at the Omni through Expedia. We found the Omni Hotel at Independence Park to be exceptionally well located for sightseeing with many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Staff were polite, friendly and always helpful. Although my daughter and I were not provided the double we requested, the king corner room we did receive was large and quiet with a pull-out sofa adequate for our needs. The room decor was pleasant although much in need of updating to more current standards. The lobby and common areas were still quite lovely. Coffee service was set up in the bathroom, which was somewhat unsettling. (Although quickly and easily moved to more sanitary settings.) Unlike many 4 star hotels where one is unable to occupy the bathroom and shut its door at the same time, this bathroom was roomy, provided soft oversize towels and had an excellent array of toiletries. I would rate this hotel at 4+ stars in all areas other than room decor. In my opinion this minor negative is more than balanced by location, staff, and general ambiance. "Highly recommend" to anyone not requiring up-to-the-minute styling and feather beds.

| overall , its a lovely hotel and great location to the central sites. We were booked into the parlor room. It only had a sofbed, which was very uncomfortable. We felt the springs the entire night! We were on the 14th floor, great view. The bathroom was lovely as was the rest of the room- however, they need to replace the sofa.

| Hotel has a nice lobby and the room was fair but we had a broken light switch in the bathroom. When reported to the staff in the lobby nothing was done about it for our entire stay. A minor inconvenience but an inconvenience nontheless.

| This hotel has it all. Great location and for a fair price considering the amenities, not all of which we used. If you are looking for a budget stay and are not particular, this is not the place for you. The Omni does a nice job with the details and is suitable for the discerning traveler and without paying a fortune. Live jazz music in the bar and lobby every night and a great restaurant, pool and spa on the premises make for a great stay. Add to it the location in Philly's Old City, and you'll be in for a treat.
