A luxury-type hotel at a bargain price. The room was beautiful and comfy. A nice surprise was the laundry room where we could wash our clothes. The front desk was understaffed (one person there on a Saturday and Sunday) but helpful. Valet parking was expensive and troublesome in that the valet is not waiting at the curbside, the guest has to go inside to summon them. Would definitely stay here again. It's tricky to find if you don't know the downtown area, so get good directions.

The service was great, they gave free upgrades in room and size. Excellent service for cleaning, housekeeping, front desk, shuttle service, food service, garage, everything. The air control was great. For the first time, I didn't wake up every morning, dry, dehydrated, red and puffy eyed. This is something to shout over for us frequent travelers. Really, really made a long business week an enjoyable and relaxing time.

The only problem with this hotel is that the front desk staff did not know how to direct me to the express shuttle at the airport. They also did not know little facts about Pittsburgh- like how many people live there. Other than that I would highly recommend the hotel.
