| This hotel exceeded my expectations. Looking at the pictures of the hotel and the rooms, I was not sure of the moderness of the facilitiy. However, I was pleasently surprised. The room was clean, there was a microwave, blow dryer, and coffee maker in the room. The suite included a sleeper sofa, which accomodated my oldest child comfortably. The complimentary continental breakfast came in handy when we were on the run in the mornings. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. We had a great stay, and would definitely stay there again!

| Hotel is good, No real Gym it is actually a small walk in closet with one Tread mill and one stationary bi-cycle. No swimming pool, at least there should be one in this price range. Hotel is near good shopping center and movie theatre.

| If this hotel is close to where you want to be, it's not too bad of a place to stay. Although the room was decent, it was very cold upon our arrival because the heater was not on in the room and the outside temperature was in the low 30s. Also, the room was not cleaned after our first night stay. On the second day, we returned to our room after being out all day to find the bed in a heap and no fresh towels. That same night, the wireless Internet was also non-functional.

| It was clean, easy to find and everyone at the hotel was very helpful. My room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I would recommend the Biltmore to anyone staying in the High Point NC area. It is close to many things, but far enough away to enjoy quiet.
