| This Embassy Suites was ok but didn't quite live up to the high standards an Embassy Suites hotel usually meets. On the positive side, the room was pretty nice and the bed was cozy. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. It was great to have a complimentary happy hour, hot breakfast, in-room fridge, and microwave. On the other hand, there was some gum stuck to the ceiling of our room. Also, I was given a dirty glass at happy hour. I know this can happen from time to time. What surprised me was that after asking the bartender for a new drink (with a clean glass) she refilled the same glass and didn't think twice about handing it to me. I think this could've been a freak incident. Overall, the hotel perks were worth the stay & I would recommend this hotel to others.

| Not up to standards with other Embassy Suites. This hotels is getting old, and it shows. Machines were broken in the gym, food was cold at breakfast, and rooms were dated. There are better places to stay near the airport in Tuscon.

| The staff was very nice, breakfast was a real treat. Also enjoyed cocktail hour, but snacks could use some revising. Popcorn, chips and salsa every night. Good white zen.

| Have two double beds in the bed room and a queen sofa bed in the living area. All beds are very comfortable. The breakfast buffet and manager's evening cocktail complimentary are very impressive, but they DO TIP.

| Embassy Suites goes the extra mile for sleeping comfort, complete with luxury bed linens, bed roll and different types of pillows. Overall this is a very nice property, clean, well kept hotel with a nice courtyard and pool area. This is as close to the Tucson Airport as you can get..so we expected to hear aircraft noise...not so...didn't hear any air traffic noise at all in the rooms. What really makes this a superior value is the "cooked to order" breakfast and nightly managers cocktail party that is included in your room rate. A HUGE PLUS...since none of the other major hotels in this area had full service restaurants and bar service. Embassy Suites is worth every penny and then some..., we will be returning to this property.
