| The staff really appeared they didn't like their job! They were not friendly and when asked for extra coffee and an iron they appeared I was asking for their life! There was garbage in the room when we got in it, it appeared not to be totally cleaned before we got there.

| We got to the hotel and they had rooms for us but smoking not non smoking as we had requested. We have asthma and have to have nonsmoking rooms. They did finally accomodate us but they had us standing in the lobby for an hour and a half while they figured out what to do. They had to wait until a manager got there and then he had the same trouble the clerks did. On top of that the air in the lobby doesn't work so it was a hot wait.

| But nothing bad, either. Just a very ordinary chain hotel. Location is good; easy to see and get to from the highway. Located near a mall, so there are several eating options. We arrived late and left early, so our impressions were limited. Didn't try the continental breakfast.
