| the service was not appropiate for the price. we asked for a room with easy access (we were traveling with kids), and the employer gave us the most difficult room to get at (3rd. floor with no elevator, only stairs); the food was awfull at a extremely expensive price (25-30 dlls. a meal) the facility seems old and not appropiately maintained.

| Fantastic pool. Whirlpool was not functioning right, but did I mention the pool? Not a lot of dining choices in area, but Grand's Pizza is nearby and delicious. Did I mention the pool?

| Three of my family stayed at this resort. When I first checked in they told me they only had a smoking room. After checking, they were able to put us in a nonsmoking room. The pool was wonderful. Our room had a great view of the courtyard. The personnel were extremely helpful. My 14 year old son was able to golf at their very nice golf course very reasonably, plus he got to have is own cart. He was thrilled! I would definitely return to this resort.

| This place is ery quaint. If the management did a little more in regard to service and ground upkeep it could be excellent. Pool, tennis courts and hot tub are very good. Tennis pro is excellent. The restaurant is a beautiful place but food is not up to pricing standards.

| We were on a business trip and everything was wonderful! A hint to future travelers, they are on latin time, slow! If you are in a hurry, just letthem know! We somehow got the door to the bathroom locked and I called the front desk, maintenance was there in less than two minutes. I would recommend this resort to anyone!

| Reserved a King No Smoking, got Twin beds, smelly smoking room. Were told rooms were being vacated, to pack our suitcases and they'd move us the following day. That night, no one knew what we were talking about, they were booked solid, and we'd wasted our time packing again!Door to adjoining room was so thin we could hear normal voice conversations. There are no elevators, and there are several LONG flights of stairs to second and third floors. Getting suitcases up is a real PAIN, seniors and disabled may not even be able to get to those rooms.Showers got suddenly hot or cold, room was freezing cold by morning. A definite NOT RECOMMENDED!

| Nice place for a quiet weekend. Excellent dining room. The golf, tennis, pool etc or OK, but the Resort is better suited as a base to explore other attractions in the area.
