The opening of the hotel’s Danubius Premier health & fitness club further established the historic sporting links between the hotel and its neighbor international sports center). The Danubius Premier offers guests cardio-vascular stations, fixed & free-weights, a large aerobics studio, luxurious changing rooms, a pool, mixed sauna, solarium and massage therapies (for a nominal fee). Also a beauty and hair-dressing salon is available on the ground floor for both ladies and gentlemen.

| I had to use this hotel as most of the others were booked during the time I traveled. It is a little out of the way, and you will have to either take the tram or taxi to get to the center of the city. The rooms were as expected for a three star, and my room was non-smoking but reaked of smoke from previous occupants. The best thing was the availability of the gym and the wellness facility, which was large and connected directly to the hotel.
