| I read the reviews for this hotel before I booked it and was hesitent about staying there, but it was the closest one to my destination that had a room available and now I know why. Check-in was okay, the staff was helpful and got us what we needed. We got to the floor our room was on and found it under construction. Just as another review states, it was nearly impossible to cool down the temperature of the room. The thermostate didn't seem to make a difference and the window only opens about six inches. In addition, we attempted to eat at the lounge and arrived there at about 8:55 (as the wall and guest book in the room said they served food until 10 pm) only to be ignored for 15 min. and told that they "closed early because they were so dead", which is really inconvienient when you plan on it to be there when you have no transportation with you. We got the impression we were ignored at first so they would not have to stay open any longer. I definately do not recommend this hotel, and am not normally one to be critical or unsatisfied with my stays.
