| We booked a non-smoking room through Expedia but when we arrived, we were told they had sold out of non-smoking rooms and if we wanted to stay there we'd have to settle for a smoking room. Since the room was already paid for, it was a long drive from Colorado, and we were tired we really didn't have a choice. Once in the room, it obviously reaked of cigarette and cigar smoke. The ceiling was in terrible shape (nearly falling down) and the bathroom floor tiles were coming up. There was hair in the shower/tub and sink and the bed was uncomfortable with smoke smelling linens. It was the longest night of my life. I couldn't wait to get out of there! *NOTE: I called Expedia to complain and to compensate us for our troubles they provided a voucher for use on a future reservation.
