| The hotel has a very good breakfast. We took advantage of the shuttle which runs every 30 mins to and from the Metro which takes you into DC. The furniture is worn but the room was very clean. The pool was nice and comfortable as there's a life guard on duty. The area around the hotel was only decent. The wireless internet service works but abit slow. There's 2 computers in the lobby for guest use. The front desk was very helpful. Overall, This is a great hotel for the bargain traveller to the DC area.

| The overall condition of this property was good. Most of the staff were excellent. It was evident that they were in the final stages of a renovation. There were only a few things; The elevators are bit scary-rumble as the ascend and decend, the comp breakfast-layout created long lines plus they were out of food consistently, finally the pillows-similar to bags of sand or cement. Overall though a great value for the money spent.

| Hotel was in very good condition. The room was clean and comfortable. A down side is that the hotel is at the end of the Blue Line for the Metro which means it took approx. 1/2 hour to get into DC. Breakfast was very good (the attendant however, was not extremely pleasant). The Front Desk staff at check in and check out were not overly friendly but other hotel employees were extremely helpful and courteous. I probably will not stay here again because of the distance to the city, but if you don't mind spending 30 minutes on the Metro it was a very nice and clean hotel.

| You want a hotel within walking distance of the Metro system. This hotel was about 1 1/2 miles from the Morgan Blvd stop at Fedex Field. The free shuttle takes you to the Largo Town Center stop, which has nice retail. The breakfast was big, with a lot of variety (although the same fare each day) and they do have a tiny exercise room and a pool with an actual lifeguard, amazing. The staff was friendly. However, 2 of the 5 days the room was not serviced. Also, the sink stopper didn't work, but was fixed as soon as I reported it. The letters on the bathtub faucet were reversed, too. It took me a couple of days to figure out that everyone else hadn't gotten up earlier than me and used all the hot water. The lights above the elevator only said "up" regardless of whether the elevator was going up or down. Quirky things. The biggest complaint was that the nonsmoking rooms were just a handful of rooms on an otherwise smoking floor. Therefore there was a constant smell of stale tobacco smoke in the hallways, the room didn't smell fresh and the sliding glass door wouldn't open to let in any fresh air. The towels also smelled like smoke and when I got home, so did my clothing.

| This hotel seemed to have very nice staff at the front desk when we were there, rooms were adequate. We were only staying overnight after picking up family in Baltimore before spending the day in DC. It was very convenient and the neighborhood seemed fine compared to what I've heard of for DC. Overall, we got a room for a lot less than some of the room prices we saw for DC. I will not be planning on staying there again though. I've stayed at locations on the other side of DC closer to Dulles airport and I was much happier with that area/rooms. This trip we needed to be somewhere handicap accessible and avoided using the metro, for that it was very good.

| This was the nicest place we stayed on a 10 day trip to the east coast. Free shuttle service to and from the train we rode to the DC mall area was really handy. Free breakfast was great and our room and the hotel staff were super!

| The hotel served our needs very well. It was located less than 1 mile from the nearest metro station and so was only a 15 minute walk (you could drive but it costs to park at the Metro station). The continental breakfast was plentiful and was consistently restocked after the hordes of travelers fell upon it relentlessly. The price was more reasonable than hotels closer to the Mall area in DC. Drawbacks: It is a 25 minute Metro train ride to the Smithsonian exit, so that takes a little bit of time. However, you can read the paper then comfortably because the train was not ever crowded. Also, the area gets busier during Football season as it is near the Redskins stadium. We would stay there again.

| The hotel was being renovated so it doesn't look its best right now. The staff is really friendly and helpful. There were some noisy neighbors and the security promptly put a stop to that. The room was nice, very small bathroom though. The shower curtain hardly does it's job. The beds are also pretty hard. The neighborhood is only okay. Its around alot of fast food places. I wouldn't have felt safe walking around at night though.

| On one night the front desk was cool, at check in...then later that night...the night staff sucked. Then the morning staff was cool again. But the overall hotel was nothing but an enclosed motel. Nothing nasty...just nothing special.

| It would be better if the hotel provides a free shuttle to the metro station.
