| The hotel is centrally located just 200 metres from the Es Baluard contemporary art museum which is fantastic and perfect walking distance to the Cathedral (La Seu), the Llotja and the old town. Perfect place to stay for a walking/biking stay in town; not ideal for the beach.

| Great location. Welcoming, comfortable and tasteful lobby. Friendly and helpful reception desk personnel, 24/7. Good size comfortable bedroom. Spotlessly clean and good size bathroom. Good supply of clean towels. Closet and shelf space OK but need more hangers (of course!) TV reception excellent! Water pressure excellent (shower). Beds very comfortable. Bed linen, good supply of pillow etc. All areas very clean and well maintained. Room comfortable enough for extended stay. Even special (cheaper) rooms have balcony - not the best view but still a delightful experience. Breakfast buffet - excellent selection, hot and cold. Service of restaurant staff indifferent, surly bordering on unfriendly and rude. Restaurant dinner - very limited menu. Equally uninspiring meal. Same waiters as above. Quite unpleasant. If I stayed here again I would definitely have breakfast at hotel as well as outside if I fund good breakfast location - but never dinner. Thank you.
