This contemporary low-rise is located close to shopping and nightlife, just 15 minutes from the local cricket field. A complimentary shuttle serves nearby Reduit Beach. On site, the hotel offers two outdoor freshwater pools, an outdoor spa tub, and a wading pool. High-speed Internet access is available in the business center for an additional charge. Three conference rooms are available, the largest of which seats 200 theater-style and has a computer. Other on-site amenities include a game room and a library.

| It is a beautiful hotel with a great staff, WHEN we go back to St. Lucia, The Bay Gardens Hotel will be our hotel again. It's in a great location next to everything even a mall. The restaurants onsite has such a wonderful staff and great selection of local food! The hotel staff goes above and beyond their duties to make sure you're comfortable and taken care of. I can't say enough how much my husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon that much more because of the extended service we recieve.

| We stayed at this hotel for a short weekend. As evryone else had previously indicated from other reviews the staff were excellent. Friendly people willing to go the xtra mile for the customer. The hotel is well situated near Reduit beach and many restaurants. Room was clean and well maintained. Food at the hotel was very good and reasonably priced. I would stay definetly stay there again...

| We had never been to St.Lucia and just took a chance with Bay Gardens. Although not right on the beach, it is only a five min. walk and also close to restaurants. Very clean and the staff is friendly. We would go back!

| For the money, The Bay Gardens Hotel is a great choice. It's very well designed and makes you feel right at home. All of the staff were excellent to us and VERY helpful. We found their resturaunt to be one of the best places to eat dinner in Rodney Bay. Incredible food!!! Don't bother to rent a car, there is an excellent taxi service right at the hotel, ask for Victor who is an great driver. Driving in St. Lucia is INSANE, trust me you don't want to drive and who needs more stress when your on vacation right? If you like to get a lot of sleep, this might not be a good hotel for you. They party until late here 12-1 in the morning most nights, and the rooms let all of the noise in. All said at the end of our trip we were very happy with this hotel!!!
