| This hotel was in a good location, a short walk from restaurants and shopping, but in a quieter area. Rooms are bigger than average hotel rooms too.

| As soon as I walked up to the front desk and saw the "Due to recent break-ins in the garage, please take all belongings with you" sign I was uncomfortable about the safety of the hotel. I understand that break ins of cars is normal in Toronto but seeing that as soon as I got there didn't give me a good feeling. The hotel was not what I was expecting. The rooms were shabby, the bathroom was EXTREMELY small and the breakfast was poor. Overall I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

| On the plus side- the "double" room had two queen size beds, rather than just doubles. Also, the price was good and the location was convenient. However, the lobby was being renovated, the staff was pretty indifferent, and the overall place was pretty mediocre. We were just looking for a place to spend one night after a concert, so it was fine. I would not recommend it for a vacation destination.

| The two queen beds room was suprisingly big and with the desk niche, couch and plenty of closet space. But the bathroom was tiny and rather uncomfortable. The room entrance door leads directly to the room without the usual small hallway, so you can hear everything that happens in the corridor. Can be very loud. The hotel parking is rather expensive - $17/night. Located conviniently in the downtown center. Overall worth the rating and price.

| Toronto prices are high, but quality and cleanliness should not be as low as at this location. The rooms would badly need to be updated: the paint is coming off the walls, the doors are all scratched up, the bathroom is anything but clean. Worse still, the air smelled stale; not like the promised non-smoking room.

| Like the title states, this hotel is in a great neighborhood close to many restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the subway. Very large room with 2 queen beds and a loveseat and desk. Very attentive staff willing to help with any needs you may have. The hotel also has a great indoor pool and hot tub. My only complaint was that the beds were not very comfortable and had a tendency to feel moderately hard.

| Hotel is located in close proximity to subway and major attractions of downtown Toronto, but there is no option to transfer to this hotel directly from the airport; one way or another, you must taxi if public transportation is your preference.

| There were no surprises. We were relatively close to all of the attractions. There was parking readily available, and the rooms were in decent shape.
