| The woman who checked us in did not listen to me spell my name, and told me that she did not have a reservation for us. But a young man who was also working stepped in and found the reservation. The same young man later gave us excellent directions to find our way around Huntsville. He really helped us out!

| This was a business trip. Courtyard has pleasant staff and southern hospitality. My only complaint is that it's difficult to find. Tucked behind a Pizza Hut and Pier One, the only physical thing you see from the street (if you don't look up to see the sign) is a driveway. No complaints.

| This hotel is centrally located so it is near all Huntsville attractions. Our first room was not properly cleaned. The hotel staff was extremely courteous and immediately remedied our issues. We will definitely stay there again.

| I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We got there a little earlier and they were nice enough to get is into a room. Cleaning ladies were very nice.

| This hotel offered a very relaxed, quiet and clean environment. Our only disappointments were that we had asked to have our room cleaned after 2pm and it was never done, and the other point was that the hotel had run out of shampoo and conditioner. The manager was able to find one little bottle of shampoo throughout the entire hotel, which she brought to me less than 10 minutes after my call to the front desk. Other than that, no complaints.

| Maid service had to be reminded to clean my room after I took down the "Do Not Disturb Sign." They were responsive once reminded.

| we waited over 5 hours for towels on a sunday afternoon when the hotel was almost vacant. they could have just taken towels from an unoccupied room and gave them to us. ????
