| Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, room (double with small balcony) was large and clean. Location great, short walk to all the major sights. Would stay here again.

| The hotel was in an excellent location-within 10-15 minutes to either Vatican City or Spanish Steps (also where the metro is located). The room was the largest we stayed in during our trip to Italy. The front desk staff were all very friendly and breakfast was adequate. We would definitely stay there again.

| We are Americans who live and work in Germany. We found this hotel to be exceptional on all fronts: service, cleanliness and comfort. The staff quietly goes out of its way to make you feel welcome and provide excellent service. Consider askin for a smoking room, even if you don't smoke, and you may end up with a terrace to enjoy the Rome evenings.

| Most European hotels are small, the Diplomatic made me forget that. |

| With ceramic tile in the bathroom, a modern and spacious bathroom, and carpet everywhere - The Diplomatic is a European hotel which really does the best with the space it has to work with. A friendly staff compliments your stay which is in the middle of everything Rome has to offer. Minuses include an old dusty computer which constitutes your internet service and an elevator which is literally twice the size of the inside of a coffin. With that said, I would definately stay at The Diplomatic again.
