| The hotel is nice and overall acceptable at all levels EXCEPT when we got there, the not so friendly girl at reception area told me and my buddy that that she has a room with one single Queen bed for us!!! When I showed her our Expedia printout indicating two double beds, she very calmly said "That's just a request"!! She finally found the right room but come on now!

| this was a nice hotel to stay in while i was in toronto. service, room service and the people were great. i would recommened this hotel to any one who is interested in traveling to canada.

| No hesitation in recommending this hotel. It is well-kept and very pleasant. We enjoyed the sauna. The pool was a little too cold for our liking though.

| The pillows were hard and thin. Made comfort of sleeping not applicable. Had ironing board but no iron.

| The hotel is 5km from toronto airport and is an ideal hotel to stay in after a long flight.their are 4 restuarants in the area,which should satisfy all taste buds.The staff were more than helpful and we would stay there again.

| While employees were very polite and seemed to want to be helpful, my repeated requests seem to fall in the cracks. A lot of forgetfullness and lack of organization and communication with the service.

| The hotel is located in a convenient spot near other area hotels. Was disappointed that I had to pay extra for parking. Still, the hotel was fine. The only downside was that room service didn't show up to fix up our room for the second day. Wondering if they had some workers on holiday because I stayed over Christmas.
