| We thought we were getting a deal until we arrived after midnight and the shuttle stopped prior to midnight costing us a $30 cab ride. The host was not friendly or apologetic. At check out, the clerk was very unfriendly as well and did not even offer us a receipt for the room. When we asked about the shuttle not being on time to return us to the airport he accused us of being late. Next time we will stay at the other end of the airport.

| The room was supposed to be non-smoking but still had an odor of some sort. Not sure if it was smoke or not. The main lobby of the hotel was nice. The rest of the hotel was not in good shape. It was moldy and gross by the ice/vending machines. It just didnt have a nice appearance. The tub needs a non slip grip in it, it is very slippery

| 1st day:ac not working ,informed front desk.Went out, evening cooler when we returned ac not needed, still fan only working. 2nd day more humid, room hot, again notified front desk we were then told we were going on a list. Using hair dryer in hall finally brought someone to fix ac. General location was industrial area, not alot close to see or do..

| We had 3 rooms and only one of them was bad. Due to the AC leaking, our room stank. We did talk to management about it and they tried everything to fix it, but in the end they finally moved us to a new room. The day shift customer service was excellent, very friendly and helpful.

| I stayed at this hotel just for a few hours overnight after a backcountry camping trip north of Toronto before flying. Sadly, I checked in late and there is no restaurant or food service at the hotel. I was hungry until I hit the airport. Other than that, it was dandy. Showered and slept well. Nice to have shuttle service at 4:00a.

| It wasn't fancy or but it was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were pretty big. The restaurant had an indian menu in addition to the standard menu which was a big plus for me. It was somewhat lacking in ambiance but that is my only criticism.
