| While at a baseball game in Cleveland my car window was vandalized. The hotel staff helped make arrangements to have the window replace, they cleaned the broken glass out of my vehicle and offered to drive us if we had to go downtown again. Great service!

| This hotel was in great shape. The room was clean, the bed was appropriately firm, the A/C worked well, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

| Nice enough place to stay - rooms were clean, and the room rate was nice. Somewhat dated "travel-lodge" style with all rooms facing parking lots, but interiors appear to have been recently renovated. Fire alarm went off at 2AM and was right outside of my room - called the front desk to find out what was going on - phone rang for a long time and then someone picked up and hung up immediately and would not answer again - had to go out and personally talk to the firefighters to realize that my family was not in imminent danger. Continental breakfast was rather anemic - lots of sweet rolls and breads, some generic yogurt, cereals, marginal coffee and a juice machine. I've had better. Cool drive thru checkin and checkout. Overall a nice enough cheap place to stay when you are in beautiful Middleburg Heights OH.

| Easy drive thru check-in. Provided iron/board and hair dryer. If you forgot something they provided it--shampoo, toothbrush/paste. Pool well maintained. Close to restaurants and shopping. Quiet. Has wireless internet or available in lobby. Great cont. breakfast selection.

| This hotel was good location to the airport and a nice drive to downtown. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the Cleveland area.

| Great value with decent assortment on continental breakfast. Nice semi-outdoor pool. No adjoining rooms, but were able to accomodate side by side rooms.
