| The hotel wasn't located as close to town as their website gives the impression. It's pretty isolated if you don't have a vehicle. The shuttle service from the airport was poor. They don't hang around for long for those of us that don't know where the "blue triangle" is. Shuttle service ends at 11PM, and taxis don't want to go there. They're waiting for bigger fares.

| Not a bad place to stay for the price, but you will encounter alot of AIR CRAFT noise all the planes that fly over the Hotel.

| This hotel is directly under the take off,landing of planes from Sky Harbor Airport. The noise starts around 8am and it's every 5 minutes from then on. I had a minor problem with my door not locking (dead batteries) but the front desk responded to my call within minutes and fixed it.

| Very pleased with this hotel in general but we were especially delighted with the service and amenities like the short notice for the shuttle service to the airport and nearby restaurants.

| The hotel is a bit dated - facility wise - but the service is excellent. They trasported us all around and knew places to eat, etc.

| After a long flight, I waited for almost an hour at the airport for the Hotel Transportation and it never showed up. Had to pay a taxi who overcharged me because it was a short drive.

| This hotel ws a great place to stay not only was the staff extremly friendly, the hotel was clean and very comfortable!! The free Hot Breakfast was a hit with my husband and child. I would stay at this hotel on my next trip to Tempe!!
