| We arrived at the motel only to discover that it was located at a Truck Stop and the motel office was actual the check-out register for the gas station/convienece store. The room was in poor condition i.e the carpet had burn holes, bed linens were ragged and between the bed and wall appeared to be a rat's nest. I realize the room rate was cheap but with the Travelodge endorsement I at least expected it to be habitable.

| Electrical outlets falling out of the wall. Bath tub and sink not draining in either room we stayed in. Doors unable to unlock with key cards that looked to be 50 years old. Place smelled to high heavens of stall cigarette smoke. The final straw was we had to ask for towels and the cleaning lady wouldn't get up from watching TV to give them to us. She just gave us what was in the bag beside her.

| The desk clerk was impolite, couldn't find my reservation (refused to look)poor attitude, gave me a different room than what I requested, room appeared clean but sheets were DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY!!! Stay away!
