Great downtown location with an impressive lobby. Rooms are clean but so-so in comfort and amendities. Stayed one night at a newer hotel outside of downtown and found nicer rooms with more comfortable beds.

This hotel has a great location in downtown Boise. The room was nothing special. My husband and I were having a weekend get away so it was dissappointing to get a room with 2 double beds rather than the king size bed we requested.

This is a very nice place to stay, very near the State Capitol and other downtown offices. Many shops and eateries are nearby, including a movie theater and a square block of shops and restaurants devoted to the local Basque population. The exercise facility and pool are actually a Gold's Gym semi-attached to the hotel, and carries a separate charge. Rooms are spacious and clean; service is excellent.

Well located , good for the price. Not the best concierge service, but again good for the price and location. Could use better decor in rooms. Great breakfast. Close to zoo, museums and good restaurants.

I have stayed at The Grove several times on business - and have been pleased with the quality and service. This trip, I was assigned an angled, corner room that was much too small to be comfortable.

The hotel was very nice from the Doorman to the Desk Clerks. The rooms were well appointed with a nice bathroom. The restaurant was excellent and in the bar the bartender was perfect.

We weren't going to be able to check in til after 7:00 that night and I called to check with the hotel and they had us in a room with a king bed and we had a child and needed 2 beds and they quickly changed us over to the 2 beds and said any time we checked in would be just fine. We checked in and then went and had dinner, came back and everything was so nice. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. We were so impressed with the hotel, very nice.
