| Sink faucet missing top, so unable to open drain all the way. No fitted sheets on bed only flat, kept sliding exposing mattress. Had phone message, but desk person kept saying no light was showing by him! Noisy could hear traffic all night.

| Minimal services availale, friendly staff, safe in room is convenient for personal items. No restaurant, no coffee in the lobby, small pot in the room.

| Not at all impressed. The room smelled like smoke, although non-smoking requested. The cooler was noisy, then stopped working. The sheets had cigarette burns. Refrigerator had old food stains running from bottom. Towels and wash cloths were not replaced with new ones. No smoke detector. Tub was very dirty. Several staff memebers were very rude, but two were nice.

| Great place to stay at an affordable price! Clean and comfortable rooms, great location, frig/microwave included, balcony, and friendly service. I would definitely stay there again.

| When we arrived there was trash all over parking lot. When we got to our rooms, bugs on the night stand, air conditioning was not working properly. We stayed 2 nights, and on the second night, the front desk clerk had bee held up. Spoke to the police since we're thinking of moving and were told it was a very unsafe neighborhood and should think of staying at a hotel east of gilbert st. I stayed with friends and my husband and 5 year old son and felt very uneasy the whole time I was there.

| Room was not clean. Glasses provided 2 neither clean one cracked. Glass doors to patio was not usable because the screen door was off the wheels and wouldn't move. Shower did not work but we didn't fine out until we got ready for a wedding on the second and last evening of our stay. I had called the motel on my own after booking it through expedia because we booked two rooms one for my wife and I and one for my sister and her husband. I called because there was one person in each room that was handicapped and if they did not have handicap accomodations we at least needed first floor rooms. Upon arrival we were informed that only one first floor room was available.

| The pool was murkey, there was hair on the sink in my room and in the tub, the safety lock was broken, there were no batteries in the remote, when we finally got batteries the remote didn't work the TV. The clerk was disinterested and not very helpful.
