| The first time we tried to get back in our room, the keyswipe box wouldn't work. We tried to get help from the front desk for half an hour (they gave us new cards to try and those didn't work either). Finally, they had to bring out this electrical devise to figure out what was wrong with the lock. This experience was a huge inconvenience as we were on our way out to dinner with three children, and had to wait in the hallway with them until they solved the problem after 30 to 40 minutes. Breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:00 on the weekend. We went out at 9:20 and there was nothing left, and they told us they were not putting any more out. The lady working the bar was not apologetic and was actually quite rude. When we checked in early (around lunch) they told us they would "work on getting our rollaway bed" to our room. We returned at 8:00 p.m. and the bed was not in our room. We immediately went to the front desk and asked for it. After waiting 45 minutes, they finally brought it. The suite we had was extremely small compared to suites at other hotels we have stayed at. They also do not have more than four channels on the television. Nothing suitable for children except PBS. The fact that the hotel itself was pretty clean and the friendliness of the front desk lady are the only two positives when considering this hotel. If we return to the area, we will not be staying at this hotel. We will definitely look around and find something else.

| The hotel was fairly nice, but it did have a few problems. The shuttle was very useful, but you have to call them from the airport to get a pickup unlike some of the other local hotels. There is no business center in this Amerisuites, but there is a Kinko's with a computer suite next door. The beds are not comfortable and the linens are small for the bed. There is no hotel restaurant, but there are many delivery places and restaurants nearby. On the plus side, the breakfast is actually quite nice with waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. The hotel was quiet and well located for my purposes. I used the shuttle frequently and had overall very good service. Finally, the showers have excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water.

| Everything was very good, quite comfortable. Only two problems were It took all day to get me an iron and they don't have hot sauce or tobasco for the breakfast served. Other than that it's a great place to stay.

| This hotel was a good value with breakfast included. The rooms were arranged nicely, but beds a little hard and uncomfortable. Room-key-access door on one end was not functional...as I found out in the rain.

| Most of the comforts of home. Great accomodations for multiple nights. Just the right distance from IAH. Located north of Beltway 8 - somewhat tricky to get to from the West (required a U-turn). Was not able to check out the continental breakfast - had to catch an early flight.

| This hotel is in a very convenient location to the Airport, without the noise, as well as major highways. Shopping mall nearby. Continental breakfast was much more expansive than I've ever enjoyed (eggs, sausage, home made waffles).

| The hotel is nice enough but the mattress in our room was so hard that we both woke up several times during the night with hip pains. I think the floor might have been more comfortable.

| The continential breakfast is good, the service at the desk is good. The only thing not good is the mattress was not comfortable. They are too hard. That is a very important feature.
