In Sandestin's world, the only thing stopping you is your imagination with endless ameniteis inluding The Village of Baytowne Wharf, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts a 98-slip marina, 20 restaurants and eatiers, 50 retail offerings, fitness center, salon and day spa, an 18-hole putting course, children's programs and more. Resort guests enjoy a wide variety of complimentary amenities, including property-wide tram service, daily use of the Sandestin Fitness center, complimentary use of bicycles, canoes, kayaks, boogie boards and tennis court time, plus children's activities. **Minimum age of 25 to check in for all properties except the Bayside Inn. Must be 21 to check in at the Bayside Inn.** All reservations will be secured with a deposit equal to two nights lodging and a non-refundable processing fee of $25. Guests staying in the Village of Baytowne Wharf will incur a nightly covered parking fee of $6 per vehicle.

| We have stayed at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort on several occasions. Each time we have stayed on a different property there. This time we were in the PineRidge condominiums at Tivoli. This isn't where we thought it would be, so when we arrived, we were nervous. To our surprise, the condo was beautiful! Very spacious, 3BR, 3BR, clean, nicely decorated, private pool for area, great view of golf course, beachside. Though most expensive we've stayed in, for Labor Day wknd, we'd do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks again for helping us make great memories.

| Bathrooms very unsanitary - toilets not clean hair everywhere on vanity and floors - public spaces in hotel very dirty and never cleaned during 3 day stay - staff did not seem to care when told - the only thing good is the Fitness Center.

| Reserved a 3-bedroom villa only a couple days before the trip. For a reasonable price it was a fantastic place with great ameneties (nice beach, lots of restaurants and entertainment). Recommend to anyone for a weekend or preferably longer.

| The hotel was excellant. The only area that needs improvement is the transportation. We waited over a hour for a tram to transport us three miles. The hotel did their job the tram servive should be studied for improvements.

| This place is rated 3 1/2 stars but probably deserves better. It lacks room service and a few other services like bellmen etc, but the facility has everything that is essential for a nice family vacation. The restaurants were good and not too expensive, the beach beautiful and I found it easy to go around in my own car or on the free bicycles (4 hr per day). My 7 yr old boy loved it and i took him golfing with me and we watched outdoor movies under the stars. Highly recommended.

| We were pleasantly suprised to find both a small refrigerator and a microwave in our room - plus plates, cups and even wine glasses! The bathroom was also generously sized with large built-in shelves for plenty of storage. The room was categorized as "resort view", but we had a view of the Bay through a swath of trees.

| This hotel was great! It offered the luxury of the beach using the tram or a short car ride, but it also was conveniently located in the heart of restaurants and nightlife. The accommodations were perfect for 2, but a little cozy for 4. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would revisit the Pilot House in Baytowne Warf again!
