| I especially enjoyed the water bottle in my room upon my arrival. However, the maid did not clean out my bathtub. The cap from the complimentary shampoo was in the drain and was still there when I returned that evening. After advising the Desk, it was removed the next day. I was caught in having to throw away all liquids ie shampoo, lotion, etc.before boarding the airplane. The hotel furnished everything I needed. I also like the location of the hotel since it was across the street from a very nice shopping center. I walk every day and that gave me a safe place to walk. I would suggest a bit more healthy food on the complimentary breakfast like low sweet cereal, more fruit without added sugar and green tea bags.

| My family stayed for one night hoping for modest accommodations at best. Even with these expectations, we were let down. We were basically on our own as far as service was concerned. Both times we needed replacement items for our room because items were not working, we were instructed to present the inoperable items to the front desk before they would replace them.

| Our fridge was not plugged in upon arrival, leaving our room with a foul smell from the mold that had begun to grow. The beds were very uncomfortable (I could feel the metal coils) and stained. I could tell the mattresses were stained because the sheet put over the mattress was about not large enough to cover it. The shower/bath was not clean (dirty tub). Totally unacceptable.
