| The breakfast bar lacked appeal. Not much in the way of items or choices. All the ice machines on our wing were not operating. Found a hair pin near the bed. No replacement towels during the 2 day visit(we used what we had left from the previous day). We checked out at 11 am, wanted to store our bags. The clerk put them in an unsecured closet which was also used for beach towels, accessible by any patron.

| Hotel was economical- but guess you get what you pay for. You recieve a hand out about air conditioning being kept on low setting on arrival or it wont work- well they also didnt mention that you would have water all over the floor of the room on higher settings- needed to keep it cool! The staff was not friendly and the bartender was chatting with locals nightly- didnt see many guests at the bar. Free breakfast was wicked coffee and toast, small pastry- dry. The pool was dirty- not used much from what I saw by guests. There were about 6 lounge chairs on the beach, several with broken webbing. Major construction goin on near the site also. Food and souvenirs very expensive. no conceirge here to help plan any activity- you are on your own. No shuttle to the hotel

| We read some mixed reviews but Comfort Suites is probably the most reasonable hotel to stay on Provo. Its not 4 or 5 star, but it was clean and comfortable, with shops and food right next door. Nice courtyard pool area with 1st floor rooms opening right onto the pool deck. Great for the kids. 5 minute walk to their Grace Bay beach. Not many chairs on the beach. No elevator for 2nd or 3rd floor rooms, and no bell service, so if you can't carry luggage upstairs, get a 1st floor room. Patio bar is a little loud until 10 or 11. Some of the locals hang out there in the evening, and its fun. We would stay there again.

| This was our first foray to the Caribbean and what better way to go than first class. The Comfort Suites was well situated with the beach a couple hundred yards away and shopping and restaurants right at your fingertips. It was at the center of activity for people who want to take advantage of snorkling, diving, cruises or just a bus ride around this quaint, somewhat undiscovered paradise. We can't wait to get back and will most assuredly return to the Comfort Suites.

| We stayed at this hotel as part of a package deal on air and hotel that Expedia had to offer. WE generally rent private condos or homes when we travel to the Caribbean but this trip was too good a deal to pass up. Hotel is not on the beach but across the road, and still yet then some from the beach. I kept reading a 15 minute walk, but it was more 5. Beach is nice. Pool is nice. Breakfast alright. Rooms comfy. Front desk courteous if you take the time to get to let them know you are courteous as well.
