| We really liked the hotel and the service we received. The front desk staff were excellent. Any questions we had they promptly answered and they were great on giving directions. We used the jacuzzi every night and having the kitchen was great since that meant we didn't have to go out to eat with the crowds every night.

| This place was wonderful. The room had a huge deck, fireplace, whirlpool bath big enough for the 2 of us, funished kitchenette. The staff was very helpful with info about skiing and dining in the area. There is a great Italian restaurant adjacent to the hotel and the ski shuttle stops right outside.

| The best part of the stay was the service provided by the front desk. They were very helpful with ski conditions, restaurant recommendations and a few minor issues that we had in our room. Great, positive, helpful attitudes. The room itself was functional and the jacuzzi and fireplace were nice additions. Housekeeping was thorough and efficient and the location was an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. A shuttle bus right outside the hotel took us to the ski area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

| The Jacuzzi is huge, surrounded by mirrors, and right next to the bed. Very nice. Colorful room, lots of pillows, big deck with view, gas fireplace... very convenient location with gated parking. Complete with dishwasher, dishes and cookwear, we found it easy to save cash by having snacks and a few meals in.

| We stayed over the Candada Day holiday and really enjoyed the location. We could easily walk everywhere, thank goodness for the jacuzzi tub that truly does fit two. The hotel staff were very helpful and we always willing to find out information that they did not already know. The room did need a little bit of maintance and they took care of it the moment that we brought it up to them.

| We were pleasantly surprised with our lovely room and delighted with the in room jacuzzi. The staff was helpful and friendly. The outdoor spa and pool were great. We appreciated having access to laundry facilities and storage for our bikes. Our room had a nice mountain view but you couldn't step out onto the balcony. It was too shallow. We would definitely return to this hotel.
