| Great service, kind people, clean rooms, confortable beds. There is no free internet access, but there is a cyber cafe nearby. You have to use the metro if you are planning to go to the tourist places in Shanghai. Food in restaruant is very expensive.

| I was very impressed with this hotel. It was a beautiful hotel decorated outside in tiny white lights. Amenities include a pool, a sushi restaurant, a lounge which overlooks the stadium and a very accomodating spa. We asked if we could have three foot massages in our room and within just a few minutes there were three staff members from the spa at our door! I would definitely stay here again!

| The quick review: Good room #921, standard size, good view. walmart-like shopping store about 400m away. In a decent area a short cab ride from most attractions. Sauna and pool is decent. I called about the TV A/V and some one came in less than 5 min to unlock it. I could use my american DVD and PS2 Had to knock off some points for the leaky faucet and the cleaning staff that come to your room a little too much. But added those points back for the English speaking staff and even a multi-lingual westerner concierge - quite helpful. Watch out! They try to charge you for everything. I printed 5 pages in the business center and cost me more than $5. Internet in room is expensive but there was a wireless internet in the lobby for free! You can buy new clothes for the price they charge to wash. Decent dinner buffet, but dinner for 2 cost 1/2 the room rate! this is somewhat typical of chinese hotels.
