What to expect: The hotel's location—on a tree-lined corner between downtown Denver and the Uptown residential neighborhood—offers business travelers and conventioneers quick access to downtown and a quiet, residential atmosphere after a day on the go. The lobby, with its wall of windows, natural stone fireplace, and leather chairs, is a popular place to relax. Amenity highlights: The hotel's 16th-floor outdoor pool offers panoramic city and mountain views. Guests dine on world cuisine at Randolph's, either indoors or on a landscaped garden terrace. Other perks include complimentary use of a Town Car, twice-daily housekeeping, and nightly turndown service with chocolates. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel (fee). The shuttles are a convenient way to get to the mall's outdoor cafés, shops, fountains, plazas, and parks, as well as most of downtown's top attractions.

| I stayed here for a week and a half for work in Downtown Denver. Because of this I had alot with me...snacks, paperwork, clothes! Everytime my room was cleaned, they respected my privacy and space with everything I had. Nothing was touched. My room was very clean and cozy. ALL the staff was SO FRIENDLY! Delivered things to my room with a smile on their faces! My TV wasn't working properly, they came right away to fix it, I needed a corkscrew, someone came right up and brought me one! I went to the gym every night and it was always clean and neat. Rooftop pool was great for lounging and reading... Overall A+ and will definately stay here agin next time.

| I was pleased with my room; spacious, comfortable, impeccably clean and furnished with an pleasant mixture of modern and antique style furniture. Some improvement could be made in service (more info about breakfast options, retrieving telephone messages) and replacing some of the more used machinery in the exercise room where one stationary bike had creaking pedals.

| The hotel is comfortable with nice facilities and excellent service. Some features of the room seemed slightly warn, or dirty (specifically the carpet), but overall, it was pleasant. The hotel restaurant, Randolph's, which also handles the room service, is superb! I had two incredible dinners there, one in my room, the other at the restaurant proper. From the cocktails to the entree, even down to the butter, the everything that went into my maw was wonderful. The service at the restaurant matched the food, and prices, though high, were not unreasonable.

| This is mmy favorite place in Denver. Close to downtown but not too close. Good views of the city 9from the front rooms). Fantastic staff -- there was one bellboy (do we call them that anymore) on a trip a few months ago who couldn't do enough for me. I didn't see him on my trip last weekend, but they're all good. Not a trace of "that's not my job" mentality. Ritz-Carlton service without the cost. Great restaurant, although it closes off its main menu a bit too early for us nightowls. Free computer usage with internet access--24/7 (finally! why has it taken hotels so long?). Only thing better would be free WiFi in the rooms. I love this place. A bargain.

| We stayed in the hotel for one night in July 2006. The hotel is very conveniently located in the city center - just a few blocks walking distance to the state capitol, museum of art and city park. The lobby is welcoming and our room was spacious and clean. Before checking in, we had lunch in the hotel restaurant that offers a great variety of entrees. The highlight certainly is the pool at the hotel roof, that gives you a great view on the city and the Rocky Mountains nearby.

| The room was great, but the rest of the hotel wasn't. This hotel was for a much older set, I think. They rave about the rooftop pool, but it was a major disappointment (Small, cement, no umbrellas, no plants.) Room was really nice though -- we got a suite and it was bigger than my kid's apartment. Most of the staff tried to be nice, but they were not too bright. And never ask anyone from Denver for directions -- they just wave in a general direction. The restaurant was also a mixed bag. Only ate breakfast there -- never enough staff, so there was a long wait, and food was good if you ordered the right thing. All in all, it was okay, but there are nicer hotels in Denver.
