| I thought "well Expedia gave it 3 stars..." boy was I wrong! The bed sheets had not been changed since the last person who stayed there, there was hair in the tub (which didn't drain)... do not stay here!

| I was very disappointed in this hotel but do not wish to go into detail at this time. I have written to the hotel chain and am awaiting their response regarding my experience. All I can say is that I would NEVER stay at this hotel again.

| Check-in was a problem-though prepaid through Expedia, the hotel did not have a non-smoking room available. After half an hour of haggling the clerk cancelled out a no show. The bedspread had holes in it. Seriously worn or burned. Wi-Fi was iffy and dropped out frequently. Complimentary breakfast was adequate.

| This hotel was near the business center that I needed to be at. The staff was friendly (just like everyone in Huntsville:). Good place to stay on business.

| Just a one night stay in Oct 05. Clean room with all the basics. With temps dipping in evening, used the heater. Room was a bit musty and ventillation was limited.

| We were offered little information about the hotel policies, amenities and services at check in. There was little evidence that my room had been cleaned the second day, except for clean towels and emptied waste baskets. My friend's room did not even get that. Beds were not made. There were NO extra rolls of toilet paper. When the one half-used roll was almost gone the second morning, it was not replaced by housekeeping. After a day out and getting undressed to relax in the late afternoon, I had to call the front desk for the TP and was told that I would have to come get it myself, so I redressed, went to the front desk and was handed one roll, with no apology. They also ran out of the advertised yogurt at the continental breakfast, and again no apology.

| The room was cleaned the entire stay the trash were full to the brim no towels were changed and when i attempted to dump trash in the outside can it was full.. the continental breakfest did provide enough food for those in attendance.

| This hotel was very comfortable and we would return to it should we visit Huntsville again. The maid service was mostly great. Out of an 8 day stay we only had one day that wasn't perfect. The beds were not made up. We needed extra towels and they were great about that.
