| Awkward location and placement on a hill meant strange parking and front desk was on the 3rd floor. Price was high for a Hampton Inn. The phone by my bed didn't work. Also the staff did not make a wake up call after I requested one. Front desk service was extremely slow.

| Hotel was decent and the room was clean, but I wouldn't put it close to the top of my list. It is okay if you want to be close to the city and not have to pay $35 to $50 a day to park your car, but the service and accomodations are only marginal.

| There's no room service or bell hop, but the rooms are very well appointed and the staff is efficient and friendly. The location is ideal - away from downtown, but conveniently located near all the major freeways. Dining and entertainment are just a couple of blocks away. Very good access to S.F. International Airport. The Daly City Police Dept. is right across the street.
