| We chose not to eat at Tony Roma's(their in house restaurant)Menu didn't have enough variety to choose from...bar tender was nice though. Wireless internet was going to cost $10... it should be included and no breakfast was included. Beds were super confortable and room was spacious and well stocked with extra pillows.

| I found that this hotel was very excellent for the price in Banff. It is situated directly right downtown, right in the heart of all the shopping, bars, etc. The ski shuttles pull right up to the back door to pick people up. Very convenient, especially when time is tight and the snow is great. Take the shuttles in Banff, very quick to and from the airport (Banff Airporter) and to and from the ski slopes.

| First room had no view except that of the roof of one building and the walls of another. Exchanged room to find room had not been properly cleaned for new guests. The room had only been made up for existing guest which obveously checked out. Therefore the bed linens were soiled. After all this was corrected, everything was great from there on out. Just an oversite.
