| This hotel is horrible. The beach is full of seaweed. You can't put toliet paper in the toliet. No water pressure. Loud entertainment in front of my room every night. My air conditioner didn't even work part of the time. I was very disappointed. Even if the hotel isn't the nicest you would think and least the beach will be nice...no. One day i was there the water was brown. No waves at all. Not blue. I would never go back. If you want to go to cancun stay near the middle of the hotel zone.

| We have travelled to Cancun/Playa del Carmen on package deals 4 times. This package, while in line with the cost of others, was not the same quality hotel or location as the others, and was even a bit more expensive. It was a good place for students, and we hit the Canadian spring break crowd. There is a loud show/performance every evening. The food is very good, and the dining area was very pleasant. There were no towels restocked and we had to call for towels every day. The beach is nothing close to the beaches further down the strip of Cancun. This was an older, less well-maintained hotel than any we had been in before. I would keep shopping.

| Were woken up 2 out of 3 nights at 2AM from drunk young people fighting and slamming doors. The food was good, the shower was bad. The beach was small. The price was good. The entertainment at night was good but loud for kids going to sleep.
