| This was the end of April and the temperature was in the 80's during the day and the air conditioning was not turned on. The room was too hot to sleep and management said it was not hot enough to turn the air conditioning on. We tried leaving the window open, but it was on a main street on a Saturday night and it was noisy. Shower water was directly affected by other rooms running their water or flushing their toilet. Not what I expected for a Day's Inn.

| We were supposed to have 2 non-smoking rooms and when we showed up, the manager only had us for one room. He then acted as if we had not ordered two rooms. He looked it up on the computer and then proceeded to give us a smoking room that smelled terrible. Will not go back.
