| The room was clean, the beds were okay.....I guess the sleep number beds were just not for us. Guest services were great at answering our questions. The kids enjoyed the pool. Too bad it is just so far from all of the Colorado Springs attractions.

| The room was very clean and comfortable. We had the "sleep number" beds which were great! The complimentary breakfast had a good variety; and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

| The hotel was very well kept. Rooms are spacious. Only concern was windows on first floor. Located by Airport and easy to get around Colorado Springs. Don't think that location would be a problem anywhere you stayed. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or eat in the resturaunt. Nothing near the hotel.

| My husband and I only spent the night, but I specifically chose this hotel because of the sleep number bed. After unpacking and ironing our clothes for a funeral the next day, I got into bed and realized we had an old, regular mattress. I called the desk, and was told they have to have 5% regular beds, (even though they advertise the sleep #). I told them I was unhappy, and they agreed to put us in another room, which was right across the hall! We had to pack up our bags, get dressed again, and move. The old room had faded bed comforters, as old as the mattress. The new room had new, white covers and pillows, and smelled better. If the nicer room was available, why weren't we given it in the first place? The next morning at check out, I asked where I could get some coffee, and she told me upstairs. There was a lovely restaurant with a very nice free breakfast laid out. Too bad we weren't informed of it at check in and had to rush off to the funeral. Had we known, we would have made the time to enjoy it. Although I can't complain about the hotel itself, I'm not thrilled with the lack of information, and only getting what I paid for after complaining.

| The sleep number bed was great. I have never sleep this well in a hotel before. The breakfast in the resturant was one of the best. The room was very comfortable. I would stay here again and will on my trip.
