| This hotel was a good buy for the money. Very clean and the employees were all helpful and nice. This is the only hotel that I found two queen size beds. All other hotels only had twin size beds. Even though it's not located in Downtown Austin, the hotel is located by Riverside St. which take you straight to Downtown in no time. I would definately come back to this hotel again.

| I've stayed here twice in the last month & found it to be a nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The rooms were clean, nicely appointed, making for a relaxing visit. The employees were friendly, polite, and competent. This hotel provides very good value for the money & certainly rates higher than its current two and a half stars.

| Hotel employees were very accomodating and gave excellent service. Staff was very courteous and professional. Very close to the airport which avoids any traffic from I-35. Took less than 10 minutes to get to the airport. Will stay here again.

| Avoid rooms next to stairwells; the slamming fire doors are very loud.Should separate smoking rooms from non-smoking rooms by floors.Every single staff member from the night clerk to the breakfast bar orderly I encountered was polite and solicitous of whatever I needed.
