| The hotel itself was in a perfect location, close to shopping and attractions. Very family oriented......but, as much as we liked the hotel, it was swarming with young kids. Eating in the restaurant was too loud with all the kids, the hallways were too loud with kids running everywhere and the pool was just too crowded with kids. Even the t.v. in the main lobby was always set on cartoons; we couldn't even watch the morning news! Great for families with young kids who want this type of atmosphere but for our family with a teenager and a pre-teen, it was too loud of a hotel for us.

| North Conway Grand Hotel is literally RIGHT THERE next to the outlets. Anyone who likes to shop will love the location. The hotel itself is a good size and very decorated on the inside. Everything is clean and the service is great. I particularly likes having an indoor pool, hot tub, and free internet access.

| Hotel was extremely nice. We stayed in the king room with jaccuzzi and the room was just like it looked in the pictures. Nice romantic getaway!

| When you walked into the room, all I could smell was smoke...we requested a non-smoking room. Our blanket had several burn holes. The DVD, fridge and microwave were definitely helpful.

| The location is very convenient, the room was great, very cozy and clean. The service was also excellent. Ate breakfast there and it was delicious. Had a very good time staying in this hotel, will certainly return.

| A wondeful location & friendly staff. There was a problem with our reservation & staff did their best to "make it right" - they upgraded our room to the Presidential Suite when the jacuzzi room we reserved was not available.

| I really enjoyed my stay at the North Conway Grand Hotel. The staff is very friendly and is always around. The indoor pool is great and so is the hot tub. The room was very spacious, more so than most hotels.
