| The hotel is fantastic as is mixing place to relax and a place to enjoy your time: PARTY!! You've got everything there: coffe shop, restaurants,Mall and even a night club. In 2 days you just forgot about where we need to book for lunch or dinner. Which way to go if we want to find a nice club, no it's just ALL IN ONE!!!

| with it's a wonderful link connection to a large 3 story mall, you can "Shop till U Drop". Lovely Beach and Pool, and nice resturants.

| We loved it in there. The rooms were very spacious and extremely clean, they would clean and change the towels everytime you showered. The breakfast buffet was great with many different choices. The service was very attentive, we were the only spaniards and they sent to our room a newspaper in spanish. We took the Rotana Club option that we thought it was great if you just did not have or could not leave the hotel with a nice place to stay, hook into a computer and get complimentary food and drinks in the evening. The pool had a lot of room, with a very nice view of the Gulf. I would very gladly repeat the experience

| The hotel was impressive, the staff courteous & friendly, the rooms clean & comfortable - so how could we check-out of the hotel feeling very disgruntled? Well, we were visiting for a weekend. Driving from Dubai, we did not bother taking our passports or any other form of ID - nor were we asked to. However, when we checked in we were asked for some form of ID - I explained that we had just come from Dubai and did not have any ID except my driving licence which was in the car that had just been valet parked. The receptionist checked that this was suitable with her manager and asked whether we show her this when we next get the car. But then began what I can only describe as 24 hours of harassment. Every time we entered our room, within 30 seconds someone would call asking whether we had been to the car yet. This happened four or five times before dinner that evening and again after dinner. When they called again at 11:55pm, I said I would go down and get the ID from the card. On my way down to reception they called again to check I was on my way! Needless to say, I was not impressed when someone woke us at 7:30am the following morning to enquire what time we were going to check-out! Nor half an hour later, when another person arrived to check whether we had any laundry - even though we did not put the laundry tag on the door. The only thing we did not get interrupted for was the free fruit platter the hotel boasts it provides every room.
