| Location is ideal, close to town but quiet. Facilities are well-kept and include all the amenities. Staff is courteous, friendly and genuinely helpful.

| The Heritage Queenstown is a well maintained facility of studio hotel rooms and condo units, perched on a quiet hill on the outskirts of Queenstown. Free bus service is offered each half hour to the city center, or a pleasant 20 minute walk is also an option. The decor is "lodge style" and the units and lobby area are spacious. About half the units have panoramic lake views, but the rest face the parking lot. There is a small outdoor pool and exercise facility which wasn't too crowded and fairly welll kept. If you'd like a quiet, well maintained facility that's a pleasant downhill walk or bus ride from the center of action, you'll be fairly pleased with the Heritage.
