| Hotel was clean but upkeep has not been done. Bath tub wouldn't drain, room dark and dingy,no elevators available for elderly, room was hard to find(numbering system and setup is odd), hard to find desk and pool. Pools were nice, nice courtyard, good continental breakfast, service people were helpful and friendly.

| The best thing I can say is that the room smelled clean. However, apparently "remodeled in 2004" means new carpet and possibly new wallpaper. The bathroom was vintage 1970s, as was the lobby and breakfast area. The mattresses sagged. The pump on the outdoor pool was broken and there was a gross green algae cloud in the deep end. Even the hair dryer was broken. My nine-year-old summed it up best when she said, "This Quality Inn really isn't quality."

| The service was great, but the hotel itself was old. The inside walls/ceiling were cracked and run down. I will not be going back.

| We went to a concert to see Josh Groban and the staff were friendly enough but the beds are so dare hard my back hurt. This hotel is an old motel converted into a hotel with walls all around it. The inside needed a little up dating but it did not cost much and it was close to the Tyson Center but I did not like that they let people stay with dogs which was under me one the first floor and the rooms were divided by interior doors and our door was unlocked. If you are going to an event a are traveling on the cheap I might consider it but it is not for kids.
