| My wife and I purposefully sought out a high-end hotel to stay in to maximize the quality of our trip, but AmericInn came up very short. There was a stale damp smell in the room. The room was very small with a very small television. The bed was not comfortable and the overall appearance of the hotel was very drab. Do yourself a favor book a hotel closer to the beach. Would not recommend this hotel.

| This was a nice enough place to stay, though certainly not a luxury resort by any means. It was clean and comfortable. The staff seemed courteous and helpful. A lot of families seemed to stay there and it is a bit far (5 miles or so) from town and the beach. A car is definitely necessary. It only has an indoor pool. There is no elevator. It's only a two-story hotel so it's not too much of a problem, unless you tend to overpack.
