| The hotel screams three star, and is basic in its offerings, however, for a four day stay and a family with lots to do it is the perfect place to drop you bags, have a shower and sleep. Clean, fresh towels, bathroom toiletries, coffee supply and breakfast thrown in and cable tv - one cannot complain. I have stayed in five star London hotels that neglected basics such as shampoo and conditioner! so all in all a good self catering hotel for holiday makers who want to make the most of their holiday enjoying the attractions - judging by the cost of the themeparks you'll need the extra dollars you save staying in this hotel. Oh and it is perfectly located - 10 mins from Disney and most of the attractions on a road that is flooded with restaurants. Would definately consider staying there again on our next trip

| The hotel's in a great location, next to alot of different gift shops and near convience stores. But, one thing I didn't like much about the hotel is that the hallways between the lobby and the rooms are outdoors. I can see why they do it... it gives a great view of their courtyard with pool and bar, but coming from Wisconsin it wasn't something I was useto.

| The hotel was very dirty. The day we arrived to the hotel was late in the evening because we had spent the day at Walt Disney World and when I went to lay down to go to bed the bed smelled of urine. The sheets had never been changed prior to the last guest who stayed. The lock on the doors were coming out of the door so I don't even know of the safety at this hotel. If you are just looking to sleep for a good price for a large family then I would recommend the hotel but don't expect it to be cleaned before or durning your stay.

| The 2 bedroom room was spacious, and that is about all that I can say that is good about the room. We ended up moving to another room after 3 nights of no sleep from paper thin walls and people slamming doors, screaming, etc. Second room seemed cleaner and less dumpy. In our first room, one bathroom had a broken hair dryer, the refridgerator wasn't level, cupboards didn't close completey, door bolt wasn't attached tightly on door, couch sunk in and bed under collapsed in the middle. Toilet seat had burn mark and didn't even fit on the toilet. Sheets for pull-out coach bed had burn holes. Shall I go on?

| I just went on a trip with friends on 8/18/06. I really liked the hotel! We were in a group of seven people, and we stayed on the two-bedroom suite. It was nice that we all got to stay together! We didn't go to the pool, but it seemed to be very nice and clean. The bar in front of the pool was great and they stayed open until 2am, which was a great way to end the day. The rooms and showers were clean, the only thing that we didn't like is how we didn't get a nintendo in the room. The hotel staff said that since now they offer Cartoon Network on cable, so they took off the nintendos from the rooms. They should note that on the description of what comes in the room. Other than that we had a great time there. The breakfast is good, muffins, fruits, cereals, toast and waffles. We definitely saw a lot of families there, and a lot of older people. Not many college people like us (no eye candy lol!!), but we still had a good time! :) Would definitely stay there again!!!

| Cleanliness of the room. She had to constantly ask for towels. Had to asked several times. Had to make sure trash was emptied. Things not picked up off the floor. Toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned. Bathtub not cleaned after our use. Outside trash cans over flowing with a smell. August 5th had some type of altercation outside and security had to be called. Guests were playing around on the luggage cart. When I called downstairs and the front desk agent advised me that there is a 12 midnight curfew and the noise would be stopping then.

| We tried to get a resort in the Disney area, but they were all booked. So, we found this hotel as a last resort. It was good enough in that it was very spacious (we had the two bedroom, two bath). We were able to eat comfortably at the table (there were 3 adults and 2 children). It was a clean environment and the pool facilities looked nice. It's not a high class hotel, but comfortable. They only had a service elevator on our side of the hotel (we were on the fifth floor) so we either had to take the stairs or walk all the way to the other end of the hall to catch the other elevator. Make sure that you have them check that your key card is for the amount of days that you are staying there. After our first night we went to Disney, and after a long hot day of walking, we came back to our key card not working at our hotel door. Needless to say, this was VERY frustrating. I had to walk all the way to the lobby and have them fix the issue. I was very irrate and they gave me the answer of "I don't know what happened" when I asked. They could have compensated me for my frustrations, but they did not. Other than that issue, everything else was good. It's also right next to Old Town (rides, restaurants, stores) so it gives you something else to do within walking distance.
