| We stayed at this hotel last year and our room was clean and nice. My family was satisfied. We came back this year due to a death in the family and were not happy at all. Our room was on the fifth floor. The smoke alarm was falling off the wall. There were about 15 flies hanging out by the window every morning. When I made a complaint to the front desk they claimed that they were going to send somebody up but nobody ever came. All in all I was not happy staying here the second time around.

| The first evening we checked in somewhat late, while going to our room we saw and heard countless pre-teens running about, we entered the room and it was so noisey, we called to request another room and floor, they obliged and gave us a room somewhat isolated from the noise , much better, also the drive into and out of the hotel was terrible, would swallow up your car if you were not careful.

| This was a very disappointing experience. While the room was clean and the staff was friendly, this hotel is in dire need of an infusion of cash. The beds were old, the bed-comfort had a cigarette burn hole in it, the building side-entry was dismal and the hall carpets were stained. It should be rated as a -1 star, not a 3 star. The staff indicated that the hotel was beginning to undergo repairs and upgrades but only on the top floors at this time.

| Hotel was listed as 3 stars and it is NOT a 3 star hotel. Fine for what it is, but definitely not a 3 star hotel.
