| This place was disgusting!!! The first room we were given was on the bottom floor. It was dark and dreary. The second room's bathroom faucet did not work. The third room's bed was "caved in" in the middle. Finally, the fourth room had feces smeared on the toilet seat. All this time the front desk person was acting like I was being too picky. I am not a fancy person. But I insist my room is clean. I would not stay here again if they paid me!!!!

| The hotel was small, old, and dirty. When you get off of the elevator, it smells like dirty diapers. There is no air conditioning and the windows don't open. The bed spread was dirty, too. In general, it sucked!!!!

| My experience with the Bourbon Street Hotel and Casino was horrible. The staff working the weekend of New Year's eve made NO effort to welcome me. The ALL had poor attitudes and showed no concern for the customer. I get treated better at a McDonalds than I did at their hotel. The room was nothing special either (blood stain on the bed, etc). When I asked for more than 2 keys (4 people in our room) they said they only have 2. They made no effort to make more or offer any other viable solution. They never smiled the whole time I was there, not even when checking in other customers.

| But you get what you pay for. The room had good size bed but the noise was unbelievable. Tough to get a full night sleep with the running toilet and loud air vent. However, if you don't mind the noise. The price is great. The Casino was nothing to brag about (approx. 75-100 slots). Very nice food specials in restaurant.

| As far as location, this place is in a good spot, and is very affordable compared to the other surrounding hotels. However, the room must have seen better days! It was a bit uncleanly in appearance, but it was not "dirty." If you are looking for a more econimical stay, this may be the spot.

| This is probably the seediest hotel I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed ( accidently) in some horrible places. The Hotel is run down, dingy and dangerous. It should be removed from Expedias lists, if they paid me to stay there I wouldn't! sounded like a good flight/hotel deal, sometimes it's not worth the money you save!
