| You don't have many choices in Pocatello but this one is a no brainer. Freindly staff, great restaurants, bar and business services.

| Beautiful pool and hot tub in an atrium setting. There was a shallow area for small children at one end of the pool. Furnishings in the room were lovely. Staff was wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent meals and good room service. Will use this as a base hotel each time I travel to Pocatello.

| While there, our room was dirty (toilet ring, mildew in shower), and a pipe broke and flooded our closet and got all of our clothes wet. No one came to help. We called three times. Now, the manager wants to see a receipt for the damaged leather shoes which he looked at and agreed to replace when we checked out. Not Impressed!

| Hallways were very smelly. Security doors were not secure. TV did not work. Furniture in room was very old and uncomfortable. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Service in lounge for drinks and food was very slow. Just a total dissapointment.
