| This and most of the other hotels along this stretch of road look on the outside to be nice places; most we have have stayed in need updating inside the rooms. This also advertised that there were coffee makers in each room, didn't see one in mine!

| The room was cramped but the bathroom was very spacious. It is close to the beach and a quick drive to Legoland and San Diego. If you are spending your time sightseeing, it's a good bargain. I was very impressed with the efficiency of service during the continental breakfast. The staff handled the crowd very well.

| Spent two weeks for some personal time. When I originally checked in over Memorial weekend, got a room overlooking pool... too much traffic near the elevator and lots of kids.. good for families. I requested a room change facing the beach side and they were graciously to accommodated considering my length of stay. Much quieter conditions. Rooms were comfortable; no major complaints considering the price and great location.

| The rooms are very old and are not kept up well. The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The carpet needed replacing as did the magnetic door handle to enter which was falling off. The only thing nice was the lobby where the breakfast was and a few of the desk people. I'd look else-where....

| There was no iron or hair dryer. We called the front desk, and they told us they would give us an iron as soon as one became available (one never did). The bathroom was very small and the walls were paper thin. We could hear the people talking in the next room, and we could hear the people walking across the floor in the room above us. The room was fairly clean, and it's OK if you plan to stay there for one night.

| Our purpose was to be near Lego Land. It was a very short drive. Food and the beach were walkable. The heated pool was a nice convenience.
