| This hotel is much older than I thought and we had to switch because the rooms smelled like mildew and my family has allergies. THe hotel staff though was very friendly and nice.

| The hotel shuttle was great. Saved me around $60 in taxi fare from the airport. Was fast picking me up and I only had to wait about 15 minutes for a ride to the airport. Only complaint was that the bathroom smelled like a fart the whole time I was there and the smell was not from me.

| The hotel is huge, which isn't a problem. The problem is that there is only one entrance that you can access after 10PM. The hotel is too cheap to put room key readers on the other doors around the building. There are only a few channels on the tv and no pay per view movies. It was a poorly run operation, and it is a disgrace to the rest of the hotels in that chain.

| The building is a little older, but it is very well kept. Easy to access off the Beltway / Toll road. Large room, very comfortable.

| Hello, allthough the room was comfortable and the staff was nice and curtious, this only issue I had was the the bugs in the bathroom. They were there all 3 days. But otherwise, it was fine. Thanks.

| I found the hotel to be about middle of the road. I would have classified it as a two star not a three. They did though, work with me when I had a complaint.

| the hotel service was very good. we call from the airport, we was pick up in about 10 to 15 minutes. the room we reserved was non smoking, but the rooms smell like smoke. otherwise it was not bad for a short stay. 1 night

| Room provided everything except fridge, restaurant down stairs which was opened until 10 pm, internet access throughout hotel and exceptional customer service.Didn't care much for the location,although near to IAH it's located near run down neighborhoods less than a mile away.
