| There is no better place to stay in KCMO than at the Plaza and the Fairmont is the best hotel on the Plaza in my opinion. I have stayed at most of the others and the Fairmont is by far the best in terms of comfort, service, and proximity to the shopping.

| Excellent venue for some rest and relaxation. Great view; excellent customer service. Would definitely go back again!

| Do not book a room without the view! My room was small, dull, dingy sheer drapes. Ok, it did have nice marble tile in the bathroom, and nice robes. The lobby was dark and gloomy. The view from the other side of the hotel was beautiful. Small pool. Good food, except for the coffee.
