| We checked in at 7PM and had no bathroom linens, no ice bucket, no iron, an alarm clock that didn't work, and the front desk staff acted as though it were a problem for us to even ask for linen.

| Overall, nice hotel--clean, comfortable, excellent value, was very glad I stayed there. The hotel looks great, with bright, wide hallways, good carpet, nice lighting fixtures, good colors, real wood banisters and doors. Rooms have free wireless internet. Since there are few hotels in this area with free hi-speed, this was a definite plus. Romms had wood furnishings as well as a coffee maker, TV, refridgerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Shower was small but sufficient. Staff did a great job cleaning. The lounge areas on each floor are a great idea and were appointed with big screen TVs. Many things about the layout of the hotel indicated someone was thinking of families, especially large family gatherings. The food was great. There were free snacks in the lobby, in a cosy little nook where family could gather. Breakfast could go a little later for sleepyheads but otherwise was a very nice free benefit. The staff was uniformed and polite. Had no problems with a non-smoking room at checkin and checkout was nice and fast. Considering this was cheaper thru Expedia than just about any other hotel that didn't have half the amenities, I think I got a stellar deal and will absolutely stay here again next year when my family meets in this area for canoeing.

| Room was fairly nice, but unfortunately we got a smoking room. The breakfast buffet was reportedly good, but the line was very long and seemed to be moving slowly.

| Air condtionioning was very poor. Breakfast at the hotel was ok. The best thing about this hotel is the things that is outside of it. The mall is right behind it.

| The public areas are especially nice with a lounge on the 3rd floor, where we stayed, as well as a large lounge area downstairs. The room, while generous in size, could have had a bigger bathroom with more counter space. Pillows were poor. Mattress OK but not great.

| We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the pool was very well serviced and cleaned. It is very close to shopping and affordable places to eat.
